• Two to three long “whiteboarding” sessions to build a project plan and method to get there
• Weekly review of completed writing
• Weekly calls to provide feedback and plan for upcoming week
• Determine the best publishing path
• Development of title, cover design, synopsis
• Creation of an audiobook
• Development of companion platforms
• Brainstorming for target readers, marketing plan

Already written a rough draft or partial draft? I’ll do a full read-through and provide a detailed evaluation and action plan.
